JEWELLERY CARE INSTRUCTIONS
TIMBER -
Avoid getting your piece wet. Each piece has been oiled for longetivity and shine.
Reapply once yearly for the life of your piece or more if required.
I use and recommend Orange Oil.
Fine scratches may appear with wear. Can be sanded back using a high grit sandpaper and directly protected with your choice of wood oil.
RESIN -
Wear may produce fine scratches. Can be buffed using a soft cloth and polishing compound. Fine marks may remain during the sanding process for a matt finish.

Swan Settlers Market are stockist only, and PICKUP is required after completion of online payment.
We can deliver FREE within the Dongara, Geraldton or Midland (Perth) precinct with prior arrangement.
For all other deliveries Australia Wide, costs can be found in your cart once you add a product.
All items are sent Australia Post via standard or express option, includes tracking.

Local delivery usually takes between 2-7 business days.
National delivery usually takes 5 -14 business days.
International orders can be 2-4 weeks.
Above shipping times are a general guide and all items are dependant on your location.
International orders are governed by your country’s customs and couriers in your country/state.
Shipping and processing delays can be affected by Acts of God such as severe weather, earthquakes, fires, or other natural causes outside of my control.
For custom shipping enquiries, please get in contact and I'm happy to do a shipping quote prior to custom or large pieces.
RETURN POLICY
I aspire to produce high quality products, tho, if any product is faulty, an offer to repair rather than refund if a minor issue can be resolved. Returns for change of mind are by my discretion, and must be requested within 7 days from receipt of goods.
If a change of mind purchase requires shipping, it is the responsibility of the purchasee to pay all shipping charges.
In the event of faulty item, if pickup and/or drop off can not be arranged or minor issue can not be resolved then goods will be replaced and shipped free of charge.
I consult with all customs from confirmation of proof to completion so custom orders cannot be exchanged for change of mind, but are certainly covered if there is a fault or issue with the piece.
In the interest of hygiene and keeping products sanitary, I do not allow earrings to be exchanged or returned after purchase.
As a small business, customer service along with craftsmanship is my top priority.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please reach out and I will deal with it pronto!!
